Creating a brand identity system for a new breed of rental developer – and it’s developments.

The master brand is distinct in it's simplicity – urban textures that reflect the interior styling, neutral colours, and a bold confident tone of voice. The logo and icon, with it's bracketed 'embrace' symbolises home and security. This pared back approach allows each development to build upon it through it's place positioning giving integrity.

Each place brand has it's own distinguished story expressed through it's unique attitude, texture, colour and typeface – which is subsequently reabsorbed into the Moda master brand. The first place brand I created was in Manchester, Angel Gardens.
